Purpose of the PhD research | To describe the situation according the behaviour of the leaders during the deal making process, to explain which parts of the body talk about the believe or the lies the leaders are verbally expressing during the negotiation time and to analyse why it is so. |

Case study design elements: | |
Unit of analysis (case) | Municipality of Kratovo, it is public institution that represents more or less half of the Municipalities within the country, which are similar in size and function. It has been selected because I as a Researcher am part of the team working in the Municipality and because it has suitable number of employees on leading positions |
Documents | There are variety of documents circulating on daily bases between the managers and their subordinators as well as with the third parties. I may analyse the amount of cases solved within the given timing and why certain cases are not. As well I may analyse the path of one case through the system and the behaviour of the employees engage with it, analyse their daily routine and their attitude to their job and the particular case. By the amount of unsolved cases and the behaviour of the public administration I may brought up conclusion why it is dysfunctional, detect the most common lies and do we participate in a collective lie and live in one fake society!? |
Observation aspects | Does the staff lie each other and work in fake environment. Does the staff postpone their job duties? How the staff behave when they are laying? What are the most common lies. |
