We are looking at the complexities associated with US foreign policy and defense, specifically issues of military intervention and peacekeeping.
Consider the Arab Spring that began at the end of 2010:
(1) What factors should be considered as we formulate our foreign policy response to the Arab Spring?
(2) What conditions should be present to support military intervention?
As you present your argument, please identify which foreign policy tools you would or would not utilize and why.
