Students will continue to work with their assigned team and take the project developed for the last assignment and make it Iterative. There should have a minimum of three release configurations. The team can use any iterative methodology appropriate for the project’s Stakeholders and business conditions. (For example, Agile, Scrum, XPM or another methodology).
The team will provide a project summary report that outlines the rationale and business justification for the order of the releases. Explain the Stakeholder’s priorities for each release. Also, outline the strategy to be used to do integration testing for each release. Update your team charter documenting each team member’s roles and include with the project summary report.
Submit the updated team charter, project plan and the project summary for evaluation.
