Proposal (Third attempt): You have not added your Objects – just the aim. Your lieterature review is just two sources; Primary Research has not been encorporated as requested – i.e.: you need to Interview people and either analyze through Qualitative or Quantintative methods. You have not added your indicative timeframe; Revise and resubmit. ​This will be your last submission accepted. If not approved you will fail the Thesis and need to re-apply. 

This is another feedback:

Since this is an academic proposal, you need to explain everything you write out using academic terms.  

For example, although you mention company’s financial statement and using the tool-pack to analyse, you do not mention ‘Quantitative Research’; although you mention interviews, you do not mention Qualitative Methods or the type of Analysis; you do not mention the sample size of the interviews or what type they will be – structured/semi-structured/open-ended?

We need more detail to the methods you will use, more engagement with existing literature, and definitely less plagiarism. Even paraphrasing is plagiarism. What’s important is that all sources are cited, whether these are quotes or paraphrases.

You would not only need to state the ‘word’ quantitative but also explain it and then provide the source from which you found the definition – this is an academic proposal so you need to explain everything you write out. I think it would be a good idea if you went through the Research Methods lecture notes so you can familiarise with academic writing. See attached.

Please consider the following points carefully:

• You need to write the time frame.
• You need to write the quantitative research and explain it in details and provide the sources.
• You need to write the interview size. And you need to write the type of analysis will be used in the interview. And types of questions.
• You need to engage the methods that will be used to the existing literature.
• You need to incorporate the primary research into the proposal.
• You need to write at least 8 additional references.

This is my last attempt; I do not want to fail in this proposal, so please modify it with care and in a professional way, and do all the points mentioned. Do not miss any point.
