American wartime response to the Japanese

The readings this week had to do with Japanese immigration, wartime militarism, and American wartime response to the Japanese. Compare and contrast: Discuss two of these works, The Four Immigrants Manga by Henry Kiyama, and The New Sun by Taro Yashima.
