1 Overview
Calibration data is provided for each Coupled Tanks Generation II v1-1 Rig. Each rig has slightly different
characteristics in terms of the deliverable flow rate via the control valve and additionally offsets and gradients
for the level sensors.
All efforts are made to keep the variance in calibration between rigs as close as possible. In future, all flow
meters in each rig will be calibrated from a reference source, thus reducing inter-rig variance further.
Please note that calibration data will be updated after maintenance is performed on each rig or any time a
faulty component is replaced. Standard maintenance intervals are every 12 months.
