Strategy in Decision Making Summary of Module

In module 5 you learnt the importance of
collaboration in working relationships over the
wasted e!ort of individuals forging competition
between members of the same organisation
and the potential for added value open to the
collaborative organisation. We explored
di!erences in decisions according to the degree

Diversity builds creativity and e!ectiveness in

sharpening up communication within the group.
In the second week of module 5 you explored
the role of strategic decision making in shaping
the direction of organisations and allocation of
resources in helping give the organisatiuon
shape and direction in adapting to changes in
the external and internal environments.
