Instructions for Student:
You are required to undertake research of various Privacy & Confidentiality Policies that exist within the Community Services Sector. Using the information from your research, you are to develop your own DRAFT version of a Privacy and Confidentiality Policy using the template provided for you. (Appendix 1)
Documents to submit:
The completed policy template with your responses must be upload to VU Collaborate on Word document.

- Research other agency policies, procedures, and other relevant documentation to guide you in completing the template.
- All sections of the template must be completed and written in a professional manner. You must use your own words when completing the template.
Criteria for Satisfactory Performance of the Task
Your teacher will evaluate your work according to the criteria for satisfactory performance of the task listed below. If you wish to, you may use the “self assess” column to evaluate your own performance against each criterion.
