Overview
While it is common to manage the performance outcomes of services using quantitative metrics and financial measures. it is also useful to adopt a qualitative approach that considers the factors that are likely to lead to successful service delivery. Such factors could be considered as managing the inputs to the services delivery process as shown in Figure 16.7 in your text.
For this assignment complete Part 1 and Part 2 and then report your findings in a 3 to 5-page document using current APA formatting.

Review Figure 16.7 in your text outlining important non-financial measures. Use the diagram to create a simple non-financial model for a local service industry of your choice. For each element briefly highlight your policy to ensure profitability and customer retention. As an example, the “Selection and Staffing block includes “New hires, Education, etc.” You should briefly summarize your approach to each for each block - Part 2
Review the ‘Technology Spotlight Robot-Powered Yogurt Kiosks’ content on page 493 of the text. Consider how the automation of some services would impact your business (positive or negative). Make changes to what you have completed in Part 1, and once again summarize emphasizing the comparison and contrast of both approaches.
