How does the employer-employee relationship factor into legal compliance with workforce management laws?
Reflecting on the unit reading and lesson, does this article consider the various employer-employee relationships as it discusses workforce management? Can the author’s opinions be universally applied to the workforce?
Support your position by identifying various types of employers, employees, and employer-employee relationships.
Begin with an introduction that defines the subject of your critique and your point of view. You will first need to identify and explain the author’s ideas. Include specific references that support your description of the author’s point of view.
You should then defend your point of view by raising specific issues or aspects of the argument. Offer your own opinion.
Explain what you think about the argument. Describe several points from the article with which you agree or disagree.
What evidence from the article, your textbook, or additional sources supports your opinion?
Conclude your critique by summarizing your argument and re-emphasizing your opinion.
Your article critique must be at least two pages, not including the title and reference pages. All sources used, including the textbook, must be referenced; paraphrased and quoted material must have accompanying citations.
Your article critique should be written in APA style.
