This assignment will require the identification of your area of interest (and outline research aims); the philosophical approach you are adopting in this
research; your proposed data collection methods (a maximum of two qualitative data collection methods); intended research participants and method of
analysis. It should include an assessment of any limitations or ethical questions that this research design might raise.

These topics can also be adapted if you wish to enable a closer focus on an area of interest, e.g. by country; sector/industry; type of organisation; group of
employees. It can also be comparative and international.
Please note, this is a hypothetical exercise. You do not need to do this research yourself, nor do you need to look for similar secondary research so that you
can write a conclusion about findings. Your conclusion will be about your research plans. You do not need to conduct a literature review for the topic in
question. However, knowing the key debates in your chosen area will help you determine the research focus.
