Please note that the analysis should include a brief background andhistory of the company along with the SWOT and Needs Analysis.STRUCTUREYou need to format your final project just as you would format a formal Training Proposal or BusinessCase for your company. You also will need to describe the background of theorganization, as well as describe the origin of the training problem/need that exists.Budget SectionConduct research on the cost of developing and implementing a Training Proposal and devise a realisticbudget based on your findings.
