For this assignment, you will create a Project Plan based on your project idea you selected in your first course project assignment.
To complete this assignment, create a Project Plan that details an enterprise-wide system and includes the following:
- Introduction that provides background and states the project purpose, assumptions, and constraints
- Scope statement
- Hardware and software requirements
- Common interface considerations
- A network diagram
- Team management details:
- As you gather information for your plan, problems will become more apparent. Identify at least 2 potential issues with the plan and include 2-3 examples of how you will use teamwork to resolve each issue.
You may use the example Project Plan below as a starting point. If you use the template, you should only use the section headings; the rest of the content should be revised to reflect your project.
