If you believe Musk is a better leader, you need respond to a student in your secondary posts who also chose Musk and explain why Bezos is the more effective leader and teambuilder.
The discussion board post…
Jeff Bezos is the founder and chairman of Amazon, the multinational technology company that branches out to e-commerce, cloud computing, digital streaming, and artificial intelligence. Bezos uses what we already have, of the world, to create and make better creations. I think that it is an amazing talent because using your current resources to make things better is not a simple thing. Bezos is using what he has already, things in nature or foresight. Bezos makes sure to calculate and verify if his measurements make sense in order to move forward. Without visual proof of a possibility, Bezos would not take the risk.
Elon Musk is the founder of Tesla (energy storage and solar power company), SpaceX (maker of launch vehicles and spacecrafts) and The Boring Company (infrastructure and tunnel construction services company). He builds projects from the beginning or in other words, from scratch. For instance, his creation with electrical cars and reusable rocket. Musk is creating a different future with what we always used to dream or see in movies. He takes risk based off what he believes in and continuously tries until proven right.
They’ve both demonstrate strong leadership through creativity, being high risk-takers, and they both work hard on developing others and the future. I personally would say Elon is the better leader mostly because of his ability to put aside his fears and take risks on himself and what he believes in. Not that many people are able to just take risks and hope for the better.
