Create a learning plan for your internship experience by establishing 3 goals. Each goal should be a smart goal (see module for examples of learning plans and information on writing a smart goal) and should include steps to attain each goal. Your goals may relate to developing additional knowledge or skills related to addiction and addictions treatment. You may include 1 personal goal if you wish.
