On the board for this week, you will be commenting thoughtfully on the video “Secret Life of Babies,” which is posted below. You will see also see the link in the folder for this week. After watching the video, please make one original posting where you discuss one aspect of the video that you found interesting, perplexing, surprising, etc. If you wish to discuss more than one, you are welcome to do that. You may, in addition, pose a question to other students if you wish. This really can help stimulate discussion. Ideas must be well-developed and you must demonstrate that you actually watched the video by referring to things you learned in the video in some way.

Cite the video like this. Just put it at the end of what you write. Use quotes if you quote.

Grading notes:
Students often loose the most points for not organizing and developing their ideas, not editing, and not being clear. Please be sure you break your work into manageable paragraphs (not just one huge, on-going post) and please be sure not to just go through and answer the suggested questions. Based on the demands of this first part of the assignment, the initial posting will be fairly long. If you wrote two paragraphs, for example, you did not do the assignment well.
