Mission and Vision

Please view the following videos, as they include examples of how strong leaders can influence others to commit to an organization’s vision.

Locate the mission and vision statements from a health care organization near where you live. In your initial discussion post, briefly describe the organization. Post the published information about the organization’s mission and vision, along with your interpretation of the message. Discuss how the information from the videos might be applied to enhance or strengthen the message to the community, thereby attracting health consumers to that organization. You may find it helpful to include descriptions of slogans or advertising campaigns that the organization uses to make your points, although this is not required.
