It has come to my attention that locating peer-reviewed sources for this assignment has proven very frustrating due to a paucity of such sources in the literature. With that in mind, I have decided to waive the requirement that you use peer-reviewed sources in your persuasive essay and allow you to use other material as well. Below are some of the resources that you may use to help you research and write your paper:

The paper should be 4-5 pages long including title and citation as described below;
Write an argumentative essay that addresses the concept of free will based upon the debates between B.F. Skinner and Carl Rogers; this assignment will challenge you to think deeply about the subject and require you to take a stand on one side or the other. In other words, while you may feel that both are important, select the perspective (Skinner’s or Rogers’s) that you feel is most important; please note that, for the sake of this assignment, you may not say that both are equally valid. You must include at least three (3) sources acceptable in your major discipline, including at least one (1) peer-reviewed journal article and one (1) article from a technical or trade periodical. Wikipedia is not an acceptable source. The paper should be 4-5 pages in length (not counting the title and reference pages) and written in current APA format (12 point Times New Roman font, etc.).
