Now you will plan a conference dinner menu based on quality, the budget, and the client’s desired event theme of Asia meets the Western U.S. for 250 people for New Year’s Eve. The event venue is located in Jackson Hole, Wyoming. The budget is $60,000 for the meal and $10,000 for any other table incidentals.
Checklist:
- Provide a menu for 250 guests based on quality ingredients, the budget, and the type of food service you would recommend.
