- Complete the “Service Project Experience Summary of Intent” worksheet and submit to your instructor for approval.
The Service Project Experience will be used as the basis for the presentation in Topic 5. You will need to take pictures during your service project experience for the presentation. You will also need to submit a “Service Project Consent Letter” signed by a representative of the organization.
