Project Manager Requirements:
- Proven working experience in project management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Salesforce
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
- Experience with project management software tools
Project Manager Skills and Proficiencies:
- Thorough knowledge of common organization-specific and other computer application programs
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
- Resourcefulness in finding appropriate solutions to problems and initiative in presenting alternatives and implementing solutions to ensure effective change
- Strong skills to communicate effectively with all levels internal and external constituencies, both verbally and in writing
- Ability to multitask with demanding time frames
- Skilled in proofreading, editing, and independently drafting correspondence
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve the department’s goals
