You are preparing to complete your change management program. Using the results of the previous work for this project (previous assignments), create a PowerPoint presentation including the following:
- Discuss the option for completing the change reorganization to ensure that the change will be maintained as an ongoing activity in the organization.
- Determine methods of evaluation you would recommend to complete the change-management reorganization and your rationale for why you would use these methods of evaluation.
