A short introduction to the problem (what, where, why, when, and who).

A short introduction to the problem (what, where, why, when, and who).

  1. A short introduction to the problem (what, where, why, when, and who).
  2. A brief discussion of the current policy related to the problem.
  3. Your  proposed solution, written in such a way as to clearly flag how you are  incorporating class concepts, ideas, and theories. This should be  oriented toward a policymaker who does not have explicit knowledge of IR  theory and concepts (e.g. do not write “realism / liberalism /  constructivism says X” but rather use ideas and concepts from the  theories to make your case).

Use  the American Psychological Association (APA) style in preparing this  paper. References should be cited for all facts, ideas, conclusions, and  opinions that are not your own. The paper should be 500-800 words.
