Find a nutrition trend/fad. You will submit a paper over the following:
- The basic premise of each plan (how many meals a day, high protein, high carb, etc)
- The pros and cons of each diet plan.
- The effectiveness of each plan
- Your thoughts (is this reasonable to follow)
Your paper should at least 2 pages long (doubled spaced)
Must find at least 2 sources. Cite your source(s) and the end and throughout the paper.
