Critique of Cognitive Theories
Cognitive theories were considered to be focused on a White Male European perspective and thus may be challenging for some minority clients or women. What might be the more challenging concepts for some minorities and how might you adapt the concepts to make these theories more accessible to a wide variety of clients?
