This assignment is designed to guide and facilitate the development of students’ family case conceptualization skills. There are three parts to the assignment.

In order to successfully complete this assignment, review and reflect on the family case study you have selected and had approved by your instructor. Of note, the case conceptualization of the Module 6 family case study is presented with attention to each of the question areas for this assignment. Thus, you have a template for how to proceed and it is advised that you carefully follow the case conceptualization for the Module 6 sample case study.
