The link between stress and disease is very real. Work environments can be stressful, which can lead to bodily responses. You will create a poster designed to put up in a workplace setting—lunchroom, waiting room, et cetera. Your poster will alert the public to the dangers of stress and the impact it can have in the development of disease within the body, and the negative outcomes of disease processes.
Preparation
Please revisit Chapters 3 and 4 in your textbook. These chapters provide information about the physiology of stress and the relationship between stress and disease.
