unlimited voice and video conferencing, screen sharing, messaging, video webinars, virtual
workspaces, and more.
With Zoom’s built-in collaboration tool, employees can share their screen and interact during any
online meeting. Zoom’s video conferencing platform allows users to host unlimited meetings
using a free plan. With Zoom’s pro plan, users have access to basic conferencing features, user
management, admin controls, reporting, a custom personal meeting ID, and cloud recording. All
meetings, passwords, and other data are encrypted end-to-end in the system.
Any Zoom user has the option to utilize virtual backgrounds to create a meeting-ready setting.
Users can also track attendee engagement with an attendance indicator feature. Engagement can
be improved with polls and Q/A sessions. Zoom makes it easier for users to schedule and kickoff any online meeting by syncing a Zoom account with Outlook, Gmail, or iCal calendars.
