As a sport manager, you have decided to be proactive this season and have mandated that parents attend one of the many scheduled town halls on how to appropriately behave at sporting events. You have scheduled these town halls before, during, and after school so that all parents have the opportunity to work this into their schedules. You have also set up time during the school’s meet-the-teacher night and open house in an effort to be proactive with this important message.
