Course Project – Presentation on Current/Future State
Module 02 Content
Based on a request for system services that you previously completed, create a PowerPoint presentation to stakeholders and team members that describes the current infrastructure state of the IT project you selected in the previous module. Your presentation should include the following information:
- Describe the current state. Explain how the recommended updates will be innovative, enhance the efficiency of the business, and improve internal or external customer support over the legacy system.
- Include 3-4 non-functional requirements of the system.
- Explain how the proposed changes may affect the different stakeholders and team members (who come to the table with different business perspectives).
- Explain how you will be an effective and reliable team member to implement the recommended changes.
Include a minimum of 6 slides and a maximum of 10. Include a reference slide to identify any sources you used. Also, in the Notes section of each slide, include details to support the talking points on the slide; write these details as if you were actually presenting them to your audience.
