A project manager and a facilities manager are pretty much similar because both of their goals are to help the company increase productivity. However, the difference is project managers focuses mainly on the project of the company and the facilities manager manages a variety of services throughout the company. A CFO and CIO are different in a lot of ways. A CFO is responsible for managing and spending, cash flow, and financial records. CIO oversees purchasing, maintaining, and evaluating a company’s technology inventory. However, the CFO wants the cheaper option for the company whilst the CIO aims to invest in better technology.
