Financial Results (60 points)
In the real world, the financial documents section of a business plan would
take up 50% of the document, would focus on the future (e.g. showing growth
projections) and include lots of financial documents like balance sheets and
income statements. For this project, you only need to include the following:
ï‚· Actual Performance: What key performance indicators (KPIs) did you use
to measure your success (e.g. ROS, stock price, etc.)? Choose at least
5 and explain why they are significant and what they mean for your
company. How did you do over time?
ï‚· Sources and Uses of Funds: Over the course of the game you issued
stocks, long term debt, and short-term debt (and possibly received an
emergency loan). How did you use these funds? Did you borrow the
proper amount? Too much? Too little?
ï‚· Valuation: If you were to sell your company today, what price would you
set? Why?
ï‚· Charts, Graphs, Trendlines: A picture is worth 1000 words. Include at
least three original graphs, charts, etc. of your financial results.
Include trendlines and industry averages
